      No pros in LS Automoyive

      Cons

      Everything has been delay including Increments, Bonus, Appraisal. There is no work life balance in this company. The department head are not skilled and qualified to handle the departments including HR. There is no proper HR head. Worst ever Korean MNC

      Easy access from subway. Good transportation system around the area.

      Cons

      1. Engineers’ opinion is usually ignored. 2. The manager’s major is Electronics design, yet he can tell whatever he thinks is okay with mechanical engineering. 3. Instead of improving engineers’ skill, they just focus on making the product cheaper.
