      -Very diverse staff -- many cultures, countries, and languages represented -Good language accessibility for Deaf and hard-of-hearing staff -Kind culture with a focus on the mission of providing language access

      -Compensation was below market for many roles -Company was recently acquired, so many aspects of the company's culture are changing to align more fully with that of the acquiring entity.

      Pretty flexible work schedule offered

      Cons

      Pay was terrible, the people were insane woke liberals, lots of overtime which you weren't paid for since you are "salaried" which is a nice way for management to squeeze extra work out of you for no extra pay
