Good experience and great environment
Pros
The experience I obtained at lab USA was remarkable and i will be forever grateful for the chance to prove myself and i proved myself ! I worked very hard and went over a year straight, before missing a day. The people, colleagues & management were all easy going and understanding. The atmosphere was calm and friendly but when its time to work and we were busy, we knew it was game on and we all worked hard together and we figured out any potential issues along the way . The boss man AKA the owner is the best boss ever! Very understanding !
Cons
Pay issues for a short period of time. Im not sure if its improved but anyways… lets see… there 0 Rome for advancement, You may potentially get a raise, but not a regular typical yearly Raise, If anything, you might get a raise after a couple of years and then an additional year of bugging them for that raise. I happen to get promoted because I had previous medical skills because I started as a secretary and made my way to work in the lab, but I’m sure anybody could do that. Pay attention That’s all! Just like any other place employment
