Pros

- Genuine commitment to brand innovation. CEO spends time and energy advancing the company's thinking on branding and pushes for intellectual innovation - Commitment to culture building and employee development (training sessions, company events, trips, team building opportunities etc...) - Rewards individual initiative, allows self driven individuals to quickly build and scale their own initiatives provided they serve company goals. Overall very meritocratic. A great place for ambitious young people looking to rise fast in the industry - Diversified and prestigious client portfolio (mostly top international brands) - Respect for work/life balance. Projects can sometimes be intense and lead to long work hours but Labbrand doesn't engage in the sort of employee exploitation common in this industry - Very pleasant work environment

Cons

- Some frictions regarding collaboration between different departments - No hand holding. Employees are expected to be operational and deliver from day 1. Not a place for people who can't operate without on-going guidance - Client portfolio skews towards foreign companies. Share of local clients is increasing but could be higher - Many initiatives launched by senior management aren't always properly communicated to lower level staff, leading to some degree of confusion
