- staff awards night - flexible shifts -free taxis home -“competive salary”
Cons
-management always changes -cut backs excessively - most people struggle to gain even one shift because of zero hour contract. Plenty of staff can’t afford paying rent because of shifts being cut

Overtime was put on to lieu time that you were never allowed to use. Management were toxic.

- Shifts are long which can be hard/dull on a quiet/uneventful day
