Pros

LMN has a incredible team of people, we all get along really well and there is so much passion between colleagues

Cons

LMN is focusing too much on making bad decisions, the fundamental truth here is that LMN is not a landscaping business it’s a tech business. Unfortunately it is run like a landscaping company. There is very much a controlling culture at LMN, the ‘HR’ department will make frequent and random firings, there are patronising talks during company meetings about how we would not be able to last in other companies. There is in general a threatening behaviour over how we should just be grateful for even being allowed to be employed. Communication is not a great component at LMN with a reliance on gossip for in popular decisions to be announced, the most recent being that LMN intends to install software on our laptops to track every second of what work we do. I am really concerned that if LMN does do this it will push a bill of the remaining team out of the door

Do Not Work Here!

Pros

There are some great employees that care about the business and colleagues. Too bad management doesn't listen to them.

Cons

Management and Executives. LMN suffers from the top down control and very much the my way or the highway attitude. To make things worse, the management and executive teams are so completely detached from the day to day operations. Every decision they make usually ends up hurting the business or the employees in some way because of this. Too bad they aren't willing to accept feedback, and oftentimes punish those who give it. The management here does not trust their employees to do their work, and as a result every single aspect of your day is micromanaged. Expect to get multiple messages from the CRO during the day asking for constant updates. So much so that it distracts you from actually doing your job. There is also an expectation to work long hours. Many employees get messages well beyond working hours and are burnt to exhaustion. For months they structured 2 daily meetings one at 8am and one at 5/5:30pm that would often run for an hour, just to recap everything that was done in a day (this is in addition to your already micromanaged day). Oh and if you want vacation time, forget it. LMN barely wants to give you the two weeks vacation mandated by law,. They also make taking vacation a painful process that often gets denied. Since everyone is putting in all the extra effort you think you would think you'd be fairly compensated. Wrong! Commission here is paid when they feel like it or when they get time. Often the report is filled with errors and missing accounts that you will have to go back and fix yourself with the hope that they eventually get paid. They also continuously lie about the commission structure and how you are supposed to be paid. There were countless times where commission wasn't paid for months on end due to changes in the structure that was supposed to mean we all got paid more. The company as a whole has the lowest morale I have ever seen. Everyone who works here wants to leave. If they don't they are usually a new hire that hasn't been exposed to all the problems. There is a reason there are few tenured employees still working here. Stay clear of this company if you want to enjoy where you work.

Pros

4 days work week is definitely their strong selling point. Occasional lunches and fun activities for employees in the main office. The salaries are on market average but if you are a young, fresh graduate from college, it could be decent.

Cons

Possibly one of the worst companies to work for. Turnovers are extremely high but not for a specific reasons, rather based on their feeling and assumptions. You can hit the daily KPIs, exceeding the target numbers, but if you do not fit their ideal club, you will be gone. This is not truly an established company but a series B start-up at best. Also, culture values are shrouded with buzz words but do not measure up in real life. In the end, this has become a bro club at best where only a certain people can be favored while the rest will be mercilessly discarded.
