      - You get a lot of exposure as you are always in contact with the externals - You are encouraged to grow more everyday - It's really insightful to work with a startup as you learn things everyday - The people here are absolutely motivated & fun loving which helps you have a good work atmosphere

      Cons

      - You cannot expect many incentives like a larger company gives - Trial and error might get tiring after a while

      - Learn to build an experiential travel platform from scratch - Amazing team member who encourage you to do better - Interactions between multiple departments give you the insights into other industry - Your suggestions are actually considered - Weekend Off

      - At a very initial stage so we cant expect any high rewards, but even that this stage the company is going out of the way to keep employees happy - While considering all opinions the actual vision gets blurred
