Pros

Flexible working hours, interesting product.

Cons

Unfortunately if you are not part of the "favourite" people, your opinion will never be heard and of course you can never be right. At the end "things just didn't work" will be the reason you have to leave the company. Apparently feedback is not given with the best way and management can be really rude, unreasonable(i.e counting comments on a PR) and aggressive. As a result i was afraid to do any mistakes or ask questions.

Pros

- remote but there’s also office locations - fast paced environment - great colleagues - get to see your team at a meet up at least once a year - great product

Cons

- very low salary for the industry and not many benefits - culture was much better before the merger - company refuses to do business with Russia but will happily continue doing business with Israel, a country which has been orchestrating an ethnic cleansing and genocide for the last 74 years. And our group CHRO is proudly posting in support of this on LinkedIn.

A Disheartening Experience

Pros

Remote working, nice people around

Cons

I feel compelled to share my perspective, especially for fellow young professionals considering joining the company. The senior management at Dealfront is living in a world far removed from the everyday struggles of the average employee. While the rest of the team was grappling with the challenges of making ends meet and negotiating fair compensation, senior management appeared indifferent, jetting off on expensive trips. This stark contrast in lifestyle and priorities fostered a sense of resentment among the staff, eroding trust and morale. Perhaps the most disheartening aspect of my time at Dealfront was the toxic company culture. CEO does not trust his employees. Only a select few being afforded opportunities for growth and advancement (not based on merit). It became evident that some people were in their positions not due to their skills or expertise but rather due to questionable reasons, such as inappropriate flirting. This dynamic created an uncomfortable and unprofessional working environment, where merit and talent took a backseat to personal connections. As a young professional seeking growth and a positive work environment, Dealfront was a major letdown. The experience taught me the importance of thoroughly researching a company's culture before joining. I would caution anyone considering a position at Dealfront to weigh the potential drawbacks carefully and assess whether the company aligns with their values and career goals.
