      Good company to get into consulting

      Pros

      Good size company to know all the management as well as employees. Good benefits and open door policy. Great work environment and gradually getting a culture too. Mostly onsite work but you can work from the "Office" every once in a while. You can learn a lot if you are self starter and can adapt to different projects quickly.

      Cons

      Not so great health insurance. Maybe its a lot better now. Lack a solid career path.
