Pros
- Most technical employees have very high level of expertise. You can learn a ton in a short period of time - Most employees are friendly, approachable, and just fun to talk with - Work-life balance is great
Cons
– Salary is low, no paid leave, benefits are pretty much non-existent, especially if you're remote – Some middle-management people are there not because they're competent, but because they've been at the company for years and are "friends" – Some truly passionate people depart, and more and more "generic code monkeys" join the company
