      Nothing is good at learn2read

      Cons

      No work-life balance, no empathy, they lock your 10days salary and play safe. Keep changing the rules as per their convience. Management is rude n humiliating.

      The management is the best here. The co founders themselves make sure that you are given due recognition and appreciation for your work. There are regular workshops done to enhance your skills.

      The pay remains constant. There is no appraisal.

      Working with Learn2Read is really very good. As employees understand each other work culture. Timings are flexible, Salary on time, work Environment is excellent, Growth is there.
