Pros
I've had nothing but good experiences from Left Plus Right. They are genuine and passionate about digital craftsmanship. As an employee, they care also about my continued growth as an employee and provide lots of resources to learn new skills.
Cons
The only real con is I am hourly with no vacation package. I am compensated well, but it's on me to save for breaks.
