Pros
This company is extremely exciting! From the market feedback, to the product itself, and everyone I work with here. I'm thrilled I made the jump to Legit. The culture of work/life balance is tremendous - with the CEO actually caring about individuals health and wellbeing.. The vacation policy isn't "unlimited" like many other startups, but it is generous and more days than you would take off with an unlimited policy! The ability to make huge a impact and grow is tremendous and the vision for the company is 100% in reach, unlike some other startups I've worked for.
Cons
I haven't identified any yet - but there are always growing pains with startups. Some processes may not be in place, but that's why I love the startup environment. Being able to put the pieces together and make something work for the longevity of the company is extremely satisfying.
