      The environment and culture is wonderful - everyone around you genuinely wants you to succed in life, not just at work. There is a consistent discussion to ensure that processes and the system is human centric, with great empahsis on employee and client feedback

      - amazing team - great office - most fun company to work for in Groningen

      Cons

      - not competitive salary for market standards in SaaS - no commission at the time I was there on new business sales or recurring revenue (this might have changed now)
