Pros
Good Manager Supportive and helpful. Seems Sincerely interested in taking care of his people.
Cons
Because of the mindset of the business higher-ups there is limited support and investment for the future. It kind of feels like they're trying to get the last bit of peanut butter out of the jar before they throw it away. The building used to staff 100 plus people and in the last 15-20 years it's down to around 20 full-time employees. Everyone is doing the work of two people and it shows to most outsiders.
