      Work is good, and coworkers are as well.

      Too many “customers” to deal with at times. Plans changed a lot.

      Good work/life balance. Little room for growth

      5 years into work from home with no signs of going back in to office. Offers great work/life balance, good benefits.

      Cons

      Almost 6 years in the same position, having taken on many new responsibilities there is still no sign of positions being opened or created to move up. This is across the board at least in my dept.
