It feels like they hire new Account Managers to do the cold calls and they encourage you to quit so they can give your hard work to lazy senior reps who never work a full day. When you raise these concerns management doesn't care.
No proper training, everybody acts too busy to help you even though they work less than 8 hours per day.
Not friendly to new staff, cliques, immature environment where young and inexperienced people think they know everything, they like to argue.
No career advancement opportunities. HR Managers quit regularly as well.
Salary is very low, commission structure can be changed at anytime.
