The biggest asset of this company is its rank-and-file employees, who are incredibly nice and welcoming to work with on a daily basis. Unfortunately, the positive environment is overshadowed by the behavior of the country and branch head, whose attitude is entirely unprofessional for a high-ranking executive. This leadership gap heavily impacts the IT division. As a fresh graduate in CS, IT, or Computer Engineering, your first job should be an environment where you are valued and mentored. Under the current top management, tech roles do not seem to get the respect or support they require. You may have a decent experience if you are entering the finance, marketing, or psychology departments, but if you are in tech, you are highly encouraged to look for better opportunities elsewhere.
