- There are a lot of extremely talented engineers and engineering managers who work here - Good culture of collaboration
Cons
- The upper level management doesn't seem respect their employees. Employees are not viewed as the core of the company, but rather only laborers for the company - Their vision for the culture of the company is also unhealthy, and it doesn't seem like they care about employee burnout - There are issues with management's prioritization of different products - Lots of uncertainties around the path to revenue growth
