      Mostly good bit continually dealing with restructure.

      Pros

      Generally good working environment. Good colleagues. A few good benefits like 25 days leave. 2 month sabbatical when working for 5 years.

      Cons

      Politics not good for progress, leadership need to address. Loads of restructuring and staff left to make things work and not acknowledged for their efforts.
