Only pros of the place are Salary and Benefits* (they have recently started shutting down all benefits as cost-saving measures due lack of runway)
Cons
The over-hired employees without any concrete plan resulted in layoffs over the last 3-6 months Directors - so-called leaders making strategy - have been hired from competitors. They have no idea about how the product works. The only skill they have is the skill of manipulation which they rightly use to make a fool of the management. People are overworked and even holidays like Ugadi are taken off of the calendars. People fudge numbers to fool management and management shows as a result ends up showing fudged numbers to investors

Working at LimeChat has immensely added to my growth journey, as I got ample opportunities for learning, upskilling. Freedom to think differently to get things done. The leadership team is also super transparent about how are things going on etc and their guidance and support for individual growth is highly appreciated. Great thing is: You are appreciated when we have done something great and feedbacks are given when things go wrong. Best management to work with. The culture is also highly collaborative and people are ready to help, share knowledge. The products stand out in the market as its completely on open AI which is the future. In short: If anyone wants to give a boost to their path, its the best place to work at
Cons
Nothing much, as it is a start up there are some things that come up in an ad-hoc way with no processes but yes this is also good as this is a new challenge and learning
