      Pros

      Transportation provided to island wide. Safety is our first priority. You can get some good benefits like purchasing your own spectacle or contact lens when you choose to work with this company.

      Cons

      "Micromanage" issue is very serious in this company. The "blaming culture" is still on-going since day 1. It is one of the main issue that the staff were choosing to leave the company. The management will inform you that they will improve as time goes by. Don't ever trust them! Some work still require stuff to be done manually and it is very time consuming. Despite we are one of top lead companies in the world.

      Resigned previous job and joined this company because of extraordinary good offer than market rate.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, during probation period, i was ask to leave without compensation. Quite common practice in this workplace, many of new hiring treated in same situation in record numbers. Reason was given is Employment Act doesn’t have such specific clauses defining the probation period. Not willing and minimise to pay employee benefits in a fair, responsible and progressive manner. Blurs the boundary of employment act. Their money comes first compare to employer’s reputation and employee’s welfare. You can spot HR Asia Recruitment Awards in Sg placed in lobby; quite sarcastic.

      Great colleagues, can progress further/promoted here easily with your hard work. Yearly bonus given on top of AWS

      many teams meeting but not much output, management can be too pushy with high expectations
