Comprehensive package including health and dental insurance

Cons

Constant change in business direction. Conflicting products and services that resulted in inter-department tension. Management encourages bad-mouthing of competitors to clients. Does not advocate yearly reviews/raises.

Spends effort and resources on its staff worldwide

Cons

Unfair disadvantage for sales teams as the most lucrative accounts are reserved for the "elite" strategic accounts team. Tries to sell what are basically commodities, at premium prices.
