      Pros

      Large company which means it has a lot of internal opportunities.

      Cons

      Moving up requires being friends with the right people, rather than being good at your job. Lippert is too reliant on RV, and has suffered significantly from the RV industry's down turn and volatility (despite claiming in the interview that they were no longer so reliant on RV).

      I did love my co-workers. They were exceptional.

      Cons

      HR department. They did not follow through with things that were required by the government. They did not provide Cobra information. They did not send the 1095 documentation for filing taxes. They blew off contact and any concerns that the employees voiced. The employment also fluctuates. They will lay people off when it gets slow. Then they do a massive hire and do the same things over and over again,

      Pros

      The team at plant 96 is amazing. Everyone has always shown me kindness. Lippert truly does offer opportunities for advancement. I've seen it several times. I've seen production workers work their way up and even completely off the production floor and into the office by working hard and learning. I am so sad that Plant 96 will be closing because there are a lot of good people here and even Management is losing their jobs and they are good people who fight for their workers.

      Cons

      It's a shop, lots of drama from certain people.
