Frequent Interdepartmental Discord: Tension between teams and departments is a notable issue at Liquid, with unnecessary drama making it difficult to navigate professional relationships. Inconsistent Support for Innovation: The availability of tools and resources to drive innovation is heavily dependent on one's team and account, sometimes resulting in a sense of stagnation. Although my personal experience was positive, it is essential to consider this inconsistency when evaluating Liquid as an employer.
