- Hourly payment - This leads to Lack of stable financial aid for the employees. - Company is not upgrading. Still following very old policies and principles.

No politics, Overtime pay (Double pay for company requested OT), Talented and sharing minded colleagues, Training provided for different technologies, Transparency

Cons

Too much documentation and procedures. Time entry stoles a developer's freedom of working. Since the pay calculated in hours, and grabbing work is employ's responsibility, some people get smaller salary that they offered.
