Good Technology, Terrible Leadership, No Ethical Concern in Decisions

- They produce great technology despite being limited in solution types - Friendly people - Good office location
Cons
- Terrible leadership - Too much hieararchy - No ethical concern - during 2023 more than 10% of the employees were laid off because of “poor performance” even though there was no system in place to measure performance and without any warning given. - Nothing is transparent, only the leadership knows what’s going on. - Mobbing - No onboarding or orientation process for newcomers - No management support, you are on your own. - HR is a joke - Only decision maker in the company is the CEO - Very high turnover, many people resigning in 0-6 months (one new employee from senior management quit in 3 weeks) - Against remote working despite being a tech company - Different teams in the same department may not get equal and fair opportunities/support
