Pros

Once the season has started, the fun starts happening! Building relationships with fellow peers, fans, and creating magic is so rewarding after a long day!

Cons

It is a lot more admin computer work than expected. There are a lot of meetings during the day that you are expected to hop on, so if you have another full-time day job it definitely can be difficult to balance both. It seems like it is just during shows, however, there is a lot that you need to do beforehand which takes up tons of time. This is more a full-time job seasonally than the part-time position it is listed as.

We get to work at one of the most historic venues in Canadian history, and you can really feel the magic in the room sometimes.

Cons

The vibe has become more corporate over the years.
