Management causes a negative atmosphere. scheduling is sporadic and often forces late work. Many promises to employees are made but not kept. Pay is lacking, considering the price point and quality of work demanded. Poor quality uniforms are required, washing comes out of the employee pay, but uniforms are rarely clean or on time. Many vehicles are in various states of disrepair. Upper level accountability is nonexistant. Emails are often sent about new arbitrary policies that can lead to and include termination.

The company culture is toxic. You must drink the kool aid to work here. The owner says he likes to work people almost to their breaking point so he feels he gets his monies worth. Bare minimum in benefits. Some people make decent money and some are undervalued and underpaid. Extremely stressful environment to work in. This company is all about making as much money as possible for the owner at the expense of its good employees.
