Pros
You’re have to blindly do the work as the tech head will tell. No following what your field of work says is the correct way to do things. The engineering team is the worst. I have seen them simply take people in to try them out for sometime and fire them.
Cons
You will be accepted easily , see if you do the job blindly even if it wrong and do work and be fired because the tech head didn’t like you.
