Micro managed, everything you do gets completely changed, the directors have no idea how to motivate or inspire anyone so it's just a constant revolving door. Very few people outside of the legal team stay more than a few months. 2 finance managers left within a year, marketing director after 6 months, MDs own PA 8 months, that's just for starters.
