      1. Great place to start your career in Microsoft Dynamics. 2. You will learn how cruel the world can be. 3. In a few months you will start working like a 3-4 years experienced consultant. 4. Once your bond of 2 years is done, you can easily crack tough interviews because you have now become a Pro.

      Cons

      1. You are still poor though you have a job. 2. There is only one; and only one king/god in your life and that is the owner of this company. 3. Days and night don't matter anymore for next 2 years because you have joined "Special forces". Get ready to get grilled. 4. Gender inequality to its max. Females preferred for 'HR team' and Males only for 'Development/technology team'. 5. Security cams everywhere and God is always watching.
