Business outlook
Pros
The owner is a great guy. Very kind, understanding and reasonable. The employees are also great guys but not many stay for more than a year.
Cons
Very little communication which is frustrating at times. Days can be long (upto 15hrs) which is normal in paving, but it would be nice to know a day ahead. Favouritism given to family and friends of family when it comes to learning. Seniority doesn't count for much. Wages are lower than most companys.
