Pros
You get to write on your resume that you've worked for a company that has more than $1B in revenue per year.
Cons
- Low salary, - Incompetent HR department that uses scare tactics on employees, - No career growth or promotions, - No company culture, - Employees don't matter, - Very high employee turnover, - Zero benefits, - Old and cheap office spaces, - No breakfast or lunch, - You need to buy your own coffee capsules (only a cheap €50 machine available), - No overtime pay (but overtime is expected sometimes), - Complete submission to the company's demands is extorted out of you (we were instructed to do a COVID test every SUNDAY and WEDNESDAY for 2 years, out of working hours, at a specific location, resulting in 30+ minutes in traffic extra), - If you do not comply to tyrranical demands, the HR use mafia tactics, such as issuing unpaid leave (bow-to-your-master-or-starve tactics) - Takes around 2 months to be reimbursed for money you pay out of your own pocket for work, - Zero company parties, - Zero teambuilding, - No flexibility in working hours or environment, - No interest in employee wellbeing (mental or physical health), - Many more negative factors that make this company one of the WORST places to work at (Worst Place to Work Award).
