They will create circumstances for you to leave and then tell people you werent good enough. The company has a culture of not trusting its own employees and always hiring someone else for the managerial positions. Sadly, those managers have zero people skills. Most people leave because of the managers. Actually, the company is quite confused about the culture and environment they want to create. They want it to be a fun place but with strict school-like policies. I do not know anyone who has left on a positive note. Not even the most loyal ones. As for learning, writing is all you do. So, if you want to be a digital marketer, look for a better place even if the payout is lower. All you learn here is how to write like an American. All you become is a wordcount churrning race rat.
