Pros

There are no pros for working in this company except for moderate pay.

Cons

Zero clarity on roles and responsibilities. When you join, burn your offer letter because the responsibilities mentioned in the offer letter are of no use. You will end up doing everything around your field irrespective of your job role. You will be suddenly asked to manage resources even if you have nothing to do with it. HR will suddenly come to you one day and ask you to take on additional responsibilities. Most of these calls come without any option, which means either you agree to do more at the same pay or you become their target and no matter how good you perform at your role your increment will directly be impacted. Terrible hiring by HR, More often than not, candidates are hired just to fill the position without doing any screening. No necessary assessments are done for hired candidates. A lot of the times the newly hired have HUGE skill gaps, which when complained to HR, the usual response is "Train the candidate for 6 months". How about hiring someone who's good at their job? In the past certain members were hired who were harassing girls sexually, recording their videos in uncomfortable situations and staring at them in pervert ways. More than half a dozen women in the team went to the HR with complaints to which the HR responded "Are you sure you are not giving guys wrong hits with your behaviour?" The candidate was eventually fired because we kept complaining. The company has no room for women at managerial levels. It is run by incompetent men. From HR to Managers to Leads. If any women make it to the managerial roles, they are isolated, pressured and put under situations which force them to quit. I have seen multiple strong and capable women who were well deserving to be in the top management become victims of managerial politics and eventually quit. Its literally a Gokuldham society, If you only want average pay and 5 celebrations per year then go for this company. If you're looking for any growth and learning opportunities then even freelancing will teach you more than working at Logicwind. There is zero respect for your opinions but if the same thing an outsider will come and tell to the CEO, you will find him intrigued. Better to just finish your hours and wait for the payday.

Thank you for your review and we regret that you did not have a positive experience working with us. It would have been great if this was discussed during your tenure of around three years with us, as you always mentioned that all was good and great. The roles and responsibilities are a part of the job description and there is no change in them after the team member joins. Yes, in case of a firefighting situation, we do give additional responsibilities and it is always in agreement with the team member. In your case too it was the same and you had agreed to take on the responsibilities. Decisions on complaints are investigated thoroughly and then action is taken. The incident of harassment was one such case. Gender equality is what we believe in. Female employees have been there at management levels and they have performed their duties well. Those who have left have either left for personal reasons or on their own will. Yes we do have celebrations, fun, parties, picnics and other entertaining moments. Learning and growth have been and will be one of the strong pillars of this organization and there have been examples of interns growing and becoming Sr. Developers and leads. Yes, the CEO is a visionary and his vision for the company is being supported by the management team. There is transparency in the management team and hence questioning or arguing is a part of the discussions. CEO is just another profile for HR and is treated in the same way as they treat all other profiles. The CEO is very much aware of his team and their capabilities and decisions are not taken individually but with the consent of the entire management team.

Pros

B'day celebration, every month fun activities

Cons

1) Despite upper management being filled with experienced people(10+ years), still they don't know how to scale or run the company. 2) Old technology and leads have always been in a comfort zone. 3) Attrition rate is very high: every week you see a few people leave the company and to fill this gap they hire double the amount of people, thus, you cant make bonds with the team or managers 4) HR always listens to higher management and they just show support to everyone else on paper. 5) They hire only interns and make them managers in 2 years, and these interns are filled with ego and never understand the POV of someone who is in 10+ years of IT industries. 6) Appraisals for developers 50% to 100%, appraisals to any other role 10 % - 15%. 7) No middle-level management 8) Too many meetings, every day you will waste time for meetings

Pros

Excellent pay compares to the local market. You will get your salary on 1 day of the month which is also hard to find in the local market. No workload. I have hardly spent extra hours completing work.

Cons

You will work on a different role/language rather than for what you have been hired. Big communication problem across the team and in the management as well. BIG EGO. Most of the PMs don't have knowledge and experience outside the Logicwind. They have started the internship in Logicwind and became PM. They mostly don't listen to or implement feedback/suggestions from low-level employees. They don't trust their employees and are hardcore believers in micro management.
