      Pros

      Honestly, no pros at all. Please avoid at all costs.

      Cons

      Besides your monthly salary, you literally get nothing else. Staff are not being appreciated by their work. Salary delays and provide no explanation at all. Worst of the worst. Senior management only know how to use a mouth to talk. Especially those PM who station at site, always leave work 1-2hrs early. Yet they get the most benefit.
