Pros
Work during my first year of study, steady hours for a summer job. Occasional free food and drink, FOH managers / FOH staff were ok.
Cons
Most toxic work environment ever. Corrupt manager. Most dysfunctional kitchen I’ve worked in my 4 years as a chef. Really unprofessional and out of line comments and conducts from a manager.
