I love how the company is operating based on common sense and the decisions are made very logically. You are encouraged to express your opinions and they will be considered by the management. And everyone's very friendly too!
Cons
There was a lack of communication because everyone is pretty busy with the stuff that they are doing, so sometimes you might be wondering what's the latest with the company. But this has been discussed over at meetings and everybody is working on improving this

This growing company is really invested in improving their team via coaching and constant check-ins. Your voice and your work matter here and directly effect the growth of the business. The team works hard but, isn't afraid to inject some random fun into the work day to loosen things up! You get a discount on all partner beauty services--that's a perk!
Cons
Working for a startup isn't for everyone! You put in long hours and the work you do does matter! (Pro or Con depending on what kind of job you want!)
