This is a great startup learning environment with amazing leaders who are truly willing to teach. I was able to learn different marketing techniques, as well as different leadership tactics. I also work with an amazing team that has great chemistry. I know there is room for personal and career growth at this company, and I am happy to be working here. This is a company for people who are willing to learn and experience new things.

It is a startup, so the bar is set very, very high and some of the goals can seem extremely intimidating and overwhelming to achieve.

LookBooker has a truly large vision to become the next billion-dollar marketplace and a very clear execution path for how the company wants to get there, which is an exciting environment to be part of day to day. The company lives by its four core values of being industry lead, doing, challenging/ changing, and building a great team. It is a great team that challenges and teaches each other and everyone pitches in to get their hands dirty, from the founders down. I feel lucky to be a part of it every day!
