      Pros

      I love how the company is operating based on common sense and the decisions are made very logically. You are encouraged to express your opinions and they will be considered by the management. And everyone's very friendly too!

      Cons

      There was a lack of communication because everyone is pretty busy with the stuff that they are doing, so sometimes you might be wondering what's the latest with the company. But this has been discussed over at meetings and everybody is working on improving this

      Great training, fun and supportive team, exciting to work on something that is changing the industry and leadership is aligned around a strong mission.

      Cons

      Company expects you to get out what you put in - need to be highly motivated in order to get a lot out of the training and coaching opportunities available.
