Only thing i like about the company is company 's culture and people. Company gives you flexible job time and good employee benefits. They celebrate every festival, birthday etc.
Cons
The primary downside lies in the management approach. Upon joining as a trainee software engineer, the company extended an offer in the range of 4 to 5 lpa. During the initial 3 months, I received a stipend of 6000, which was slated to increase to 10k for the subsequent 3 months. However, following this period, the stipend remained stagnant at 6k, even as they extended the internship for an additional 8 months at the same rate. Anticipating a raise in the 7th month, I was disappointed to find that my stipend remained unchanged. The situation escalated as they initiated challenging interviews for a full-time role. Faced with these circumstances, I chose to prolong the internship to 10 months, with the possibility of a 10k stipend upon successfully clearing the interview. Throughout this journey, the company's decisions appeared to fluctuate constantly. Eventually, they presented an offer of 2.5 to 3.5 lpa, managing to convince me despite this tumultuous experience. This has undeniably been the most challenging professional encounter I have encountered to date.
