-Managed by emotions, not logic. -Hired a (expensive) business consultant (he showed us how to write an email, and "cut costs, increase profit"). -No commissions on Sales -Been fired because of a feud the Sales manager had with me (I was taking too much about the Marketing department : zero ads on main channels like Google, youtube, etc). -Officially fired because of my sales volume (eventough I sold more in 1 month, than Sales Manager entire career, without new products to sell, without marketing and with price dumping issues (refraining my clients to buy from me directly)) Remarks on My Tenure & Departure Throughout my time with the organization, leadership exhibited a recurring tendency to prioritize interpersonal agendas over sound commercial reasoning. A high-cost external consultancy was brought in, offering counsel that amounted to little more than rudimentary communication guidance and textbook margin rhetoric — a considerable expenditure yielding negligible strategic value. Compounding this, the sales function operated entirely without commission-based incentives, a structural flaw that fundamentally severed the link between individual performance and revenue accountability. My dismissal was orchestrated by the Sales manager, with whom I had developed an irreconcilable professional divergence — rooted in my persistent efforts to flag the near-total absence of paid acquisition activity across any meaningful digital channel. The official grounds cited were insufficient sales output, a claim I find difficult to reconcile with the evidence: within a single month, I generated revenue surpassing my manager's cumulative career figures — without new product offerings, without marketing infrastructure, and against a backdrop of internal price erosion actively undermining client conversion. In the final stretch of my tenure, I was deliberately redirected toward canvassing a list of 500 dormant or dissolved accounts, an exercise that served no commercial purpose beyond curtailing my pipeline. I departed with my integrity intact and my results on record.
