1-Hybrid Model (2 days from office , 3 days from home) 2-Agile Environment but not fully organized following Agile Mindset 3-Reasonable Salaries as per Egyptian Market Range 4-good work life balance
Cons
1-lack of managment making everything like it`s a chaos and leading to confusion 2- HR team are ristricted and not flexible 3- it`s used to be a good environment for creative people , but now it`s an migrating enviroment due to managment decisions . 4-Team Leads are not professional
