Pros
Unfortunately, working there for 5 years I can't think of anything that was a pro for working there. Knowing what I know now I was used and manipulated the entire time.
Cons
Empty promises. Overworked. Micromanaged. Old and dreary atmosphere. Abusive and hostile work environment. Worked through maternity and still came back and no one was even excited to see the baby. Doing this for 17 years and work for many agencies and this was by far the worst. Stay far away.
