Pros

Nice and helpful colleagues in other parts of the world.

Cons

There are too many to list. It is unbelievable how badly the team is run in this part of the world. - Small local team that is filled with political games, laziness, backbiting, unprofessionalism and no concept of team work. - Culture and environment that is very negative and toxic. - Local management is more interested in playing political games, taking credit for their subordinates work and taking long breaks then helping and supporting the team. - No accountability for the actions of these managers despite reports of alleged unprofessionalism. Its like they are given free reign to run the local office like their own kingdom. - Furthermore, no accountability for these managers’ poor performance and incompetencies despite failures to bring in any sales month after month. They do not have sufficient knowledge of what the company does, what the products do and how they actually work and what can be produced and delivered. No wonder they struggle with presentations and bringing in sales. How are they even hired, promoted and retained in the first place? - No-rank individuals like analyst are treated like they are nothing. Everything is thrown to us and we are pulled into meetings that have nothing to do with our job description. No support given. Attempts to reason out with the superiors fell ignored on deaf ears. Apparently, teamwork works one way over here. You are expected to support many others but receive no support yourself.
