Pros
Learning curve is steep but flattens quickly. Joining pay is decent and depends upon what one was getting on previous job. Payment are on time
Cons
Some people are just difficult to work with. Forget about the increment Lettle Politics is there so better learn it or suffer. Project manager are just plain stupid and have no knowledge about how to handle the projects and issue deadline.

1. Knowledge sharing between seniors and juniors 2. Good company in terms of gaining industry knowledge, manufacturing knowledge, etc for the starting of your career 3. No overtime
