      Pros

      This place has been great to me. The people, the management, and the work. I've learned so much and I'm glad to have been able to call MBA home.

      Cons

      There are a lot of smart people so it's tough to really shine. You have to work hard, which is fine with me!

      Pros

      Good training and opportunities to advance your career knowledge. This is a family owned company, which I think is a contributing factor to the great work life balance. My coworkers are awesome and I really enjoy the work environment.

      Cons

      I have been fortunate to have upward growth with my career, but I know that some people feel pigeon holed.

      Pros

      Great communication with employees using an enterprise social network. Frequent recognition of excellent employees. Recent restructuring resulted in several key promotions. Senior management is very in touch with the healthcare marketplace.

      Cons

      Travel, although this is the nature of the work. The company does a good job of helping employees handle the demands of travel.
