Management support can be lacking at times, with workloads often building up and accountability not always being shared evenly when things fall behind. The environment can feel intimidating for new starters and not particularly welcoming, and there is a sense that if you don’t align with expectations, it can be difficult to stay long term, something that seems to affect more junior staff in particular.
