      Pros

      Good people to work with everyone is kind. They have monthly lunches that can help you get to know the other people in the other departments.

      Cons

      No pay differentials for night or evening shift. Not a whole lot of opportunities for advancement. They pay in experience. Annual raise based on reviews.
